The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum is gearing up for the forthcoming exhibit Alan Jackson: 25 Years of Keepin’ It Country, with an opening-weekend-only artifact on display and special, exhibit-related programs.
Alan Jackson has been “keepin’ it country” for 25 years, and he kept it just as country as a cowboy hat and a steel guitar’s twang Saturday night before a packed pavilion estimated at more than 30,000 at the Mississippi Valley Fair in Davenport.
Alan Jackson will resume his 2014 tour this weekend. The tour re-launch comes on the heels of the recent announcement of a multifaceted 25th anniversary celebration that will lead him into 2015.
