ALAN GRACES COVER OF COUNTRY WEEKLY On Stands June 1

(May 31, 2012)  Country superstar Alan Jackson releases his 14th studio album on June 5, THIRTY MILES WEST, and is the cover feature on Country Weekly magazine, on stands tomorrow June 1.  The exclusive intimate interview with Alan and his wife Denise discloses how they coped when they got the diagnosis of her cancer and how their lives have changed since she is cancer free. 

 

Alan has always written songs about real life and this album is no different – from “When I Saw You Leaving (Song for Nisey)” written from his struggles with Denise's cancer diagnosis to “Dixie Highway” his duet with Zac Brown about growing up in a small southern town.  The Country Weekly feature delves into Alan’s inspiration for many of his songs and how he balances career and family.
