Due to the volume of mail that Alan receives, it is impossible for him to personally answer every letter. Our staff, however, does read every letter and will send Alan those that we feel he would like to read or perhaps, personally answer. We love to hear from each and every one of you and we try to respond in some way to each letter Alan receives, which sometimes takes longer than we’d like. So please be patient with us when waiting for a response. If you need a response more quickly, please include a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE with your letter.
