I wanted to redeem my voucher for Christmas from Alan and it says expires Dec. 31st. When I tried to redeem it today (on the 3st) it says "voucher expired". I think that should have been good through today and I am very disappointed and will not be ordering after all. Lost my business for now at least. Guess I didn't want that product that badly.

Hi there AlanfanBecky.......I do not understand that either. Whenever there is an expiry date on anything it is usually the last day it can be used. I would check that out with Cindy just to confirm!
Gwen.......in this case expiry date of Dec. 30 would have made sense.
