I also read that the windsor concert was cancelled, |I read it was a scheduling conflict, but Alan isn't scheduled to be anywhere else those dates.  I am thinking he doesn't like the cold weather and the snow!!!LOL Must of been conflicting with his personal life schedule.

Gwen I am also going to the concert in Hamilton, maybe we can hook up!!! Do you live in Hamilton, I live up in Barrie just north of Toronto.  Did you go and see Alan when he was in Toronto (Black Creek Music Festival) this past August?

Just a side note because I almost got caught the first time, if you live in Canada there is a time difference of one hour, so for example tonight the tickets go on sale at 12 for the show in Hamilton on April 21, 2012 but if you live in Canada you need to long in at 1:00am...........it's going to be a long day for me but SO worth it.  I just saw Alan in August in Toronto, amazing outdoor concert and now he is coming back again less than a year, I must say "Life is good and I don't mind seeing him twice in less than a year"LOL

Just received an e-mail from Copps Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario that Alan is going to be there on Saturday April 21, 2012 and tickets go on sale this Friday.  Nothing is showing yet on AJ fan club, just an FYI to everyone who lives up here in Ontario!!!!!

Thanks for posting this link, we did not get this show last night on our TV up here in Canada.  OMG he looked so sad, I am almost positive from what I could see here on the computers his eyes where teary.  As always he did a fantastic job singing, so glad they invited Alan to see this song must of been such an honor for him and his family.

I wish we could get all these countr music shows up here in Canada, we get CMT but the programing isn't the greatest.  They don't play many videos anymore it's more 1/2 hour sit coms.

Wow, I really opened a can of worms by putting my feelings down on here.  I just wanted everyone to know that even if you are front row winners doesn't mean the seats are going to be any better than if you bought them.

Also I was a little upset that I have purchased tickets on the day they went on sale and then 5 days before the concert found out I had won tickets.  My suggestion to the fan club would be a week before tickets go on sale have the draw then notify the winner and then they don't have to log on and buy tickets.

This is a good fan club to talk to people but unless you live in the United States you probably won't order anything from the store, the shipping to Canada is unreal, not sure why that is..........So for the $25 I paid I get to talk to everyone in the fan club!!!

Alan was wonderful as always but the seats even though front row were not good, they were the last two seats on the end so we were facing a huge black box, not sure what was behind it and then of course even before the opening act people were standing at the stage and didn't move all night, and I mean all night!!! My girlfriend and I finally made our way up to the front of the stage but not till almost 3/4 of the way through Alan's set.  I was greatful for the tickets but I still don't like the way the fan club handles the notification where you won tickets or not, up until the day before the concert I had four tickets the two I won and then the two I paid $270. for.

Sorry I haven't been on here for ahile but it has been a busy summer.  Alan was wonderful as usual, he gets better and better everytime I see him.  A little upset though with the way the fan club works and the tickets.  Yes I was happy and grateful I won tickets but the whole thing was not organized very well. I ended up with two sets of tickets that I had to pick up at the venue not knowing where I was sitting, I was told I had won front row so I thought I would keep those for myself and sell the ones I purchased throught the fan club.  When I got to the venue had no problems picking up the tickets front row and second row.  I of course kept the front row for me and sold the other two I had purchases but the people who bought them had a way better deal as they were dead centre, awesome seats.  The seats I won were front row but the last two seats on the end and I mean the very end of the stage, bascially there was no stage really in front of us just equipment.  So very disappointed in the seats, it was not a good experience.  Plus I wish they would tell you if you have won tickets before you go and purchase them because then you basically have four tickets then.

Sorry to vent, but I still love Alan!!!!!!!

I purchased 2 tickets through the fan club and paid $270 and now I receive an e-mail from Cindy at the fan club to say I have won two front row tickets so now I have 4.  If anyone is interested in buying the tickets from me I am selling them for $150 and as you know they are preferred seats, Cindy told me they are in either row 2, 3 or 4 in front of the stage.

Show is thss Thursday July 21, 2011 at the Rexall Centre at the York University.

Opening acts are Gretchin Wilson and Big and Rich with Cowboy Troy.

I would hate to see these tickets go to waste.
