Hi, HariAJfan: Nice' ta meetcha. Sorry to hear you've been laid up but that you're out and about now. Hope we get a chance to talk in the forums from time to time. I'm a new fan (since 30MW came out) and have seen AJ twice since then. I'm loving all of his music and have just about all of his CDs now. He's pretty special IMO. Welcome back.

He sure does get around!
I was curious to read what type of show he would be doing in Brazil. It's a bull riding championship. Here's the translation:
End of Brahma Super Bull PBR The largest bull riding championship.
From 22 to 25 November 2012, American will host the grand final stage circuit Brahma Super Bull PBR.
With over 26 years of history with a lot of tradition and rodeos, providing one of the best parties ever rodeo in the country, was awarded the American Final.
As with the regular stage, the event will be showered with technological innovation, concerts with renowned artists, numerous celebrities, mounts, and with the distinction of being the last stepping-stone for the prize of 1 million dollars.
Location: Park OKC Events

I was there. It was my very first AJ show and I loved every minute of it. As much as I love 30 Miles West, I was so happy he did so many of his hits. I'm a new fan (since 30MW came out) so it was a new experience for me. His catalog of hits is so impressive - even being a new fan I recognized all of them.
I attended the show in Lowell, Mass a few weeks ago, too. I will go to see AJ whenever I can. One thing I want to add to my bucket list is to see him at the Ryman in Nashville. If I see he ever plays there, I will be buying a ticket and I'll be headin' South. Hee Haw!

I wasn't sure if this was the right area to post this in.
Anyway, I love to hear him talk about life on the road.
Thought it was cute when he said he gets nervous thinking he might forget lyrics. I always admire any artist who can get up and sing anything. I'd flub the lyrics almost immediately. That in and of itself is almost an art.

I attended with 2 friends but they had separate seats. I had the best time with the people who were in adjoining seats to mine - very friendly and BIG fans of AJ. The guy sitting next to me with his gf thought we were nuts - she and I would scream after each song. She also caught one of his guitar picks. We really had a great time.
He did an extended autograph thing during the encore - he signed cowboy hats, shirts, boots, pieces of paper, purses - anything the crowd offered to him. He tried to do as many as he could and kept she show going. I can tell he really likes & appreciates his fans & they love him in return.
I'm sure this will only be the 2nd of a lot more shows to come for me. Can't wait to go to more.
