Yes, very disappointing to say the least!!!!  I had my tickets ordered and out by 12:03 and "preferred seating" is in the grandstand to the left??!!!!  This is no fault of the fan club as I'm sure the ISF will only release this block of seats to them, but there certainly is no perk for the fan club members at venues such as this.  I'm sure they hold the "good seats" for special people, contributors, corporations, board members, etc.  Did everyone else attempting to get tix end up in this section also?  FG?   

They just went on sale at noon (delayed time).  I'm very disappointed though.  For this being "preferred seating", it's not.  We are in the Grandstand middle section.  Not even close to the stage?  I'm assuming the fair tells the fan club which seats they will hand out for fan club members and they keep all the "good, closer" seats for other people.  Very disappointing and a very frustrating morning waiting, trying to get tix.   

I have been trying since 10 to get tickets.  Heard back from MOL several times and they keep saying there is problem with the venue.  So I called the ISF ticket office and they say no, it is not them, it is MOL??  Cindy H just e-mailed me back and said due to a glitch in the venue, this will be delayed a couple of hrs?  I asked her if they could set a definitive time so we all were not just sitting here waiting. I'm trying to "work" and do this and it's becoming very difficult and frustrating.  :-(

I'm also wondering what has changed?  I am planning to purchase tix tomorrow for the Iowa State Fair, but keep reading about having to have a Ticketmaster password?  Can anyone update us on what has changed and what the process is?  I have tried the info at different links on the fan club website, but am unable to find info??  Thanks for suggestions and advice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think so??  I'm wondering the same, but when you click on the date under the TOUR category, it says TBA.  I have e-mailed Cindy to ask.  SOOOO excited AJ is coming back to Iowa. 

Hi!  Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with acquiring info re: the VIP package link?  When I click on the link,  it takes me to the web page which says it's not available??  I am just curious if this is a separate package than fans can purchase or what it is?  Thanks in advance for info. 

I was also at this concert with my husband and our best friends.  We had row 2/center.  Awesome seats (thank you Cindy!).  FANTASTIC show.  He seems 100% relaxed and "at home" on stage and you can tell, just genuinely loves this phase of his career.  I have an awesome photo that I plan to send in.  It's when he was singing "Remember When" and Denise is on the screen in the background and Alan is the silhouette  I must have caught it at just the right time as the lighting changed.  Thank goodness he's still out there touring!!! 

I was wondering if anyone knows how many days in advance the Meet and Greet winners are notified (if they win) prior to the concert date?  I assume it's within 1-2 weeks?

Allison--Thanks for the info!  I actually purchased tix last night for the November 8th show and it was very easy to do.  I'm just bummed that I won't know my row/or seat until the day of the show.   

I have not purchased tickets before (for preferred seating) and am curious if most venues hold back good seats for this arrangement?  In the info, the fan club states that it's usually rows 2-25.  Another (silly) question is that it states they go on sale midnight on the date they go on sale.  Does this mean midnight (on the night before)?  i.e.---if they go on sale August 24th, can I purchase at midnight on the 23rd?  Thanks in advance for any info you can share.
