an overnite stay with a friend after seeing Trace, Martina and Sarah
the nite before...  And when they sd this song request is from Jeri with
an 'i' to Jerry with a 'y'...and Jacksonville, FL... and Thennnn Alan's song
was played I just Knew for sure it was your request.
That is darling that you two were able to take that time together to
hear it.  So sorry it made him cry...but that makes him a keeper, too.
Hope he improves steadily and this is just a glitch on his journey thru
Life.

Just a thought, but why do they have midnite as the time for ticket selling
and no live person there to monitor things?
I know I recently had an experience thru Martina's fc selling of tix and they
had someone there to assist... This person was posting replies to questions
as the fans were writing them. It really does diffuse the tensions.

I should add that I was given a phone interview by them, too, and it is
during the first 15 mins or so of the 2nd of the 4 hr program.
I heard it streamed on an Iowa station today..as I had to miss my reg.
listening experience on Sat. morning on our station here that carries their
show.   My weird food combo was the topic.

Thanks for the update on how it happened and that you Did have company, too!
I didn't realize the fans could attend these things. I'd love to have known about
this op when it was offered.  Being retired I can go almost anytime... just depends
on the timeframe and date.

I was on Twitter a few mins before Alan sang...and they asked for our fav songs
I love them all but suggested Remember When...so I 'll just consider that he did
if at My request. ha  Saw it listed on the news item on his site here as one that
he sang!

I've never met Alan, either, and I've been following his career since his first
video appeared!  I did get to hold Alan's hand once (in Peoria, IL) back in '95
and I didn't want to let go... He had to as he was singing...and then I automatically
reclapsed his hand and he gave me that little boy laugh like he was in trouble and
let me hold his hand just a little bit longer before he turned to head back to the
center mic.    So I have that memory but would love to get one m&g someday.

I saw a lot of phone photos one of the Decatur IL DJs posted on his facebook but
those are pretty much 'glaring white' of most of the singers he took pics of...

did you see the update that they go on sale on March 6th?

I hope the Champaign ones don't go on sale that date...as I'll
be out of townnnnnnnnnnnn

I will be going with a friend to this show and am so Happy
that Alan is going to mosey on into Champaign, IL again!!!!!!!

here in central IL....to warm me up 'some'....

We are thinking alike!
I will be seeing this tour of George's with Reba and LeeAnn, also...in St Louis in Feb.
I've only seen each of them once before over the years for full concerts so am looking forward
to this!  I belong to Lee Ann's free fan club and both George's and Alan's (of course).
Wish that George held fc m&greets.


Will keep it all crossed here for Alan to come back to IL nearby again...soon!
