Congrats Becky.  I am glad you got the M&G.  It is a very short time with him.  They should let us visit with him a little longer.  It has been 3 years since I had my M&G.  I will never forget that experience.

Jeri,  I keeep your cousin in my prayers.

I would like to ask all of you kindly to keep a friend of mine in your prayers. Just that she will keep her strength as she has had a very difficult year.  She lost her mom at the beginning of the year, her sister at end of June, and now she lost her dad.  All of them were from the horrible disease "cancer".   She puts up a big front for us on the outside, but inside she is hurting badly.

Yes my total for two tickets came out to $296.50 Cdn. Which right now is almost par with the U.S$.  I was shocked that the tickets were more than $100.  Maybe it is not him who sets the prices.  It is most likely the casino.  They could be losing money so this is how they get some back. (hahaha)

Yes I am not sure who I am taking yet.  I usually do take my husband, but he might not care to go this time because we just went in April to the London Show.  So I might bring my sister.  We will see.  The show at the casino last time wasn't as much as it is this time.    I don't know.  But if they keep putting the prices up, people will stop going.  The economy isn't as good as it was and people might not spend the money on entertainment as much as they used to.  I was thinking about both shows, but like I said I went to his in April.  I saw Johnny Reid in May and next Tuesday I am going to see Neil Diamond in Toronto at the ACC. Now everytime I have seen him, he never has an opening act.  He does the whole show, which is about 3 to 3-1/2 hours long which does not include an encore.  He does not take a break.  When he comes back for an encore, it is never one song.  It is usually 3 to 4 songs.  A few times, he would come back for more than one encore.  But he is 71 years old, so I am not expecting that as much.  We always enjoy ourselves at his concerts too.

Elaine,  Sorry to hear you are not having the greatest weather.  Well, I usually love the heat, but it was very hot today. It felt like 40C today.  This would be too hot if it was everyday.  Why can't we have around 25C and without the humidity.  There is always a chance when you have hot weather like this, that you can get major storms. After yesterday's hot weather, around 5:30pm we had a storm go thru with a heavy rain.  It only lasted 15 minutes, but it was difficult seeing when I was driving home from work.  We are suppose to have one more day like this tomorrow and then back to normal temperatures.  I am glad because I am playing golf in the morning Friday. Then we have a wedding at 3pm.  My husband's brother is getting married.  Then we go back to someone's backyard and party.  It is an informal wedding.  They both were married before, therefore they just wanted a get together with family and a few friends.

Allison, maybe you will be lucky and your seats might not be that bad.  Maybe because he was already in Canada this year at three venues, people might not of heard that he was coming.  Hopefully we can meet each other that evening and other fan club members. 
BHR.  If I didn't get your reply, I would of probably thought it was the next night.  A big THANKS, again. Yes, I put my name in for Front Row seats and the M&G, too.  I haven't been very lucky with that lately. 

Well I hope all of you get to see him in Atlanta Georgia, that want to.  He is coming back to Canada in September for two nights.  I am going to the one show.  I would love to go to both of them, but it does get expensive.

Vamp, Sorry about your the loss of your father in law & brother in law.

I cannot believe it is the middle of June.  Time is sure moving fast.  The weather here in Canada is so humid.  It suppose to feel like 36C today.  Which is about 96F.  On Thurs they say we could feel like 40C (104F)  We don't have that happen in Canada very often.

I am not on here too often anymore.  That is because I work until 5pm.  By the time I have supper, clean up and do things around the house, I am too tired to get on here.  But I hope all is well with everyone.

Allison,  I am planning on going to the Friday show.  I believe it will be tonight June 19th at midnight CST we can order tickets off here or does that mean tomorrow evening at 12 CST?  What do you think?  I cannot remember since the last time I ordered tickets off of here.

Thanks for sharing January.  Crooks and Chase were talking to Alan on our radio station regarding his new album.  He wrote the last track "When I Saw You Leaving" for his wife Denise when she was dealing with her cancer.  What a beautiful emotional song.  Again, Alan, you have made another great album.  Thanks
