[We are having warm, warm weather here. Big thunderstorms this morning, but the sun is out now and it's in the high 50's. Supposed to maybe reach 78 on Wednesday - very strange. Gwen, hope the tests reveal only scar tissue - sending positive thoughts your way.BHR - I exercise to Jane Fonda's new DVD's. She has put out several over the last couple of years that are aimed to the more mature crowd (she is 72). I'm exercising to the called 'Walk Out' and it has 2 low impact aerobic workouts - I love it. It really helps me move better with my arthritic hips. I just got a new one that I haven't started yet called 'Firm & Burn' - it has 3 low impact aerobic workouts plus a bonus meditation routine. Elaine, happy to see you back posting. Also sending positive thoughts your way.It doesn't look like I will be making an Alan concert again this year. He is not playing anywhere close to me - although I always hold out hope. [WOW - it's March already. And it's coming in like a lion here. It's been raining all day and now it's turning into snow. We are supposed to get 5-7 inches of the white stuff. yippee! The funny thing is that they are predicting 65-70deg for the middle of next week. Mother Nature sure is mixed up.Hope everyone is safe (including the Jacksons) from the terrible storms hitting the southern states. Harriet, enjoy the opera with your niece in the lead - how exciting. Hope you are feeling better soon.]

It was a little high, but not bad.Winter is roaring it's ugly head here today. It's been snowing all day - it's a lake effect (Lake Michigan) storm. It's still white, cold and very windy. Thank goodness I didn't have to go out in it! Now the temps are dropping and it will be in the 20's this weekend.]

Lots of hot tea, nose spray & decongestant have kept me going (and a ton of tissues!). Hope everyone else is on the mend as well. Loved listening to Alan's new song, but couldn't watch the video on the computer because my eyes were so swollen. We had more snow late last week, but everything is melting because the temps have been above freezing. I just take the weather day by day, it changes all the time.]
