I need an AJ fix!!! When will Alan be in my area?
AJ Show dates are usually confirmed and announced about 4-6 weeks prior to his actual performance. Remember to check back often so you don’t miss ALAN in your area!
Can I send my favorite Alan memorabilia to the fan club for Alan to sign?
Absolutely! Autographs are always a treasure. We do ask that you limit the number of requests you send to one per year. Due to Alan’s busy schedule, requests often take 3-4 months to get back. And don’t forget to include a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE so we can return your signed item to you. We do not accept monetary payment for return postage, you must send in a completed return envelope or label along with actual stamps. Due to space limitations, please keep your item in an envelope or small box. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will delay return of your item.
What contests or giveaways do you offer?
Throughout the year we always try to offer fun ways for you to win tickets and autographed items. We also giveaway Tickets to many of Alan’s shows! Just log into your online fan club account, click on Contests and/or Tickets Giveaways and follow the prompts.
Will Alan personally read my letter?
Due to the volume of mail that Alan receives, it is impossible for him to personally read and/or answer every letter. However, he loves to hear from each and every one of you and asks us to try to respond in some way to each letter Alan receives, which sometimes takes longer than we’d like. So please be patient with us when waiting for a response. If you need a quicker response, please include a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE with your letter. We pass along all your wonderful thoughts and comments to Alan on a regular basis.
Oh No, I just ordered from the online store but didn’t receive my discount. What can I do?
You must enter the password during the checkout process to receive the discount. If you do not enter the password you will not have receive the discount. You must make sure the discount is applied to the order before you hit submit. Once you have submitted your order, it cannot be changed. Please remember the password (PLDISC) must be in ALLCAPS and NOSPACES.
I love all the pictures on the website. How do I get my picture included?
